Amazing location (1 block from down town, 1 block from the gondolas), and a fantastic staff. We felt welcomed from the start with their kindness! Plus, it was very affordable (130/night the weekend of the hot air balloon fest).
Good free breakfast, great location. It's a little noisy (thin walls) but not too late at night, so sleeping is no problem
Quaint hotel conveniently located to main street Telluride. Breakfast was good but seating is limited. I would recommend grab and go. I will definitely be back in my travels.
I really liked the Victorian feel to it and it was so close to the free gondola service. The rooms were very cute and the beds were very comfortable and clean. The towels were clean but the shower pressure wasn't all that great. The people that work there are very friendly and accomedating when it came to parking, and I just loved how the hotel was in the heart of the town. Breakfast was ok but I did like the muffins! I would definitely book again :)
The only reason I didn't think it earned 5 stars because our first room was directly under the dining area and it was VERY loud. The second room that we transferred to was hot (no AC which is common to Telluride) and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.
For an affordable place to stay in Telluride, it's adequate. It's clean and has all the essentials of a normal hotel room. I suppose most people come in the winter, but even in November, with lows in the single digits, we found our ground level room too warm. I wish the sauna had been open, but that starts in ski season.
