Excellent stay, great pool and hot tub, gym, and close to the free gondolas gets you all around Telluride without a car. Definitely recommend!
This is hands-down the nicest place to stay in Telluride. We have been going on vacation in Telluride Colorado for over 25 years and we have stayed at almost all the places down in the town of Telluride and in the mountain village. From the moment you arrive at the Madeline Hotel you are treated like you have come home. From the welcome chocolates, which are the best chocolate I've ever had and are made at a local chocolatier and the ice cold bottled water served in beautiful glass carafes which you can actually purchase, everything just keeps getting better from there. The rooms are exquisite, the pool area has an amazing view and fantastic service at the bar. The welcome staff when you check in are so accommodating and patient and wonderful at asking questions and sharing all of the valuable information so that you have the best experience. There is a game room for kids with everything you could imagine, my children said they never wanted to leave. There is an open grassy area in the courtyard that has all kinds of games for kids to play outside also and then the evening on the weekends there are movies and concerts. The location could not be better and the spa is amazing. The Madeline Hotel is the only place we will stay when we come back to the Mountain Village!
The rooms and service have been outstanding. We have been waiting almost a week for them to fix an error with billing however. Room service is very quick to deliver anything you need at anytime. This has to be the best if not one of the best Hotels in Telluride. The gondolas are just feet away. Parking is $25 a night which is standard but it's full valet which is nice. The new pool just opened as well. Another final key point is the ski valet. You can valet all your ski equipment for free so no need to carry it down stairs, just check it out and walk right to the lifts. Telluride Ski Golf does offer a Military card called the Camo card which is a nice appreciation for Active and Retired Military. Just a side note, the Camo card is not part of this Hotel though.
This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Great reception upon arrival and the room was amazing! The whole area surrounding the hotel would be tough to beat.
Nice facility, clean and we'll keep. Great staff who are friendly and helpful make your time here nice. Hotel is well located near the center of mountain village.
