The Heart of Telluride condo is quite nice, although the internet is poor. On paper, this place is amazing. 3 nice bedrooms with a beautiful roof deck. The 3-4 person hot tub on the topic deck looks over Telluride with a perfect view of the mountains. However, the hot tub was not in working order upon our arrival. Max, the condo handy man, was there quite quickly and able to get the tub working by the following day. The internet connection was poor throughout our stay. It is weird that the owner pays for such a beautiful condo and seems to spare no expense (bathroom floors are heated), but did not have a basic high speed internet connection. Maybe all of Telluride has weak internet??? Not sure. Along the same line, the TV connection would pixelate frequently. Great place. I love the perks like the locker at the base of the mountain, but the bad internet and broken hot tub on day 1 kept me from giving this place 5 stars. The owner responds very quickly to all requests and problems. They care.
