The workers there are doing the best they can, but this rental location is woefully understaffed and seems to have become somewhat complacent with how bad things are. Even though I used the reservation "express" webpage, they just put us into the regular disorganized que. With only one bootfitter, 45 minutes of precious and expensive ski time was wasted. At the ridiculous online price point of about $65 for a single day, I expect much more. Do yourself a favor and make ANY other arrangement to rent if the overall ski crowd is going to be anything more than sparse.
This is one of the worst place to rent the skies. They charges $62/day. All other ski areas almost only 1/2 the price. They took almost 1 hour to give the skies and boots. For child they charged the same price as Adult and when I ask the question they said they given performance skies which I never ask for. Don't go here.
Great staff! The employees were very helpful and egger to help out. I would recommend this location to everybody!
My dad and I stopped in here for an adjustment to our ski boots. Tim helped us out, and was really friendly. When we were finished, my dad asked how much we owed him, and he asked, "For what?" Since we had purchased the boots there years ago, the adjustment was free. Pretty good deal.
Go here if your like your ski rentals to be done slowly by crotchety potheads. They will be guaranteed to take a "break" right when the crowds are at their peak. And watch your bill. Items kept magically getting "added" that we had to debate with the manager.
