We were very pleased with the customer service in the store, however we ordered our boots 10 months ago and still do not have a delivery date. Originally we were told it would take three months. After 5 months we started calling and I kept hearing "just another 8 weeks as we are backed up". Its been another three months since the last time we were told that line. I called yesterday to check on our order and was told I would receive a call back in an hour after they had time to find out what is going on with our order. I never received a call back. Very poor communication and service. I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam.
Best place in the world for custom-made boots and hats. Ann and her family are the real deal and they understand the custom-made customer. Highly recommend dropping in for a visit when you're in Telluride. -JB
