people are friendly and available and informative. but... they don't deliver to street addresses like UPS and FedEx (with no offices in town) do. so use ups or fedex if you need to deliver to an address. these guys just ship stuff back like their proceedure manual tells them to if it has a street addrress vs. po box. 'sup with that?
Called for the third time today to track a package that was supposed to have been delivered days ago and just got hung up on for the second time today.

I would just like to say that this post office has the BEST customer service! I lost a package and it was stuck in Fort Collins Post office (which by the way DOES NOT answer their phones). I called and talked to Sue and she was so friendly and kind. I came in and Lisa (Postmaster General) did every thing in her power to help me out with so much patience and kindness.
If you can get past the 45+ minute wait times sometimes, this place is great! They aren't afraid to go above and beyond to baby some people through how to put an item in a box, to digging through piles of boxes to find your item! The lines are something else, but great customer service!
