My wife and her friend called last minute looking for a blow out and massage for each. Michelle the owner was eager to make this work for them. They were able to get in within 2 hours of calling which made them very happy! The quality of the massage was amazing! Would definitely go again!
I had a great time at aroma spa. The hairstylist, Lauren, is just the sweetest person you could ever meet. She cut and highlighted my hair with a fresh ombré. We laughed and talked the entire time. I absolutely love my hair and it's all thanks to her. She knew exactly what to do and how I would like it. Michelle, the owner, took care of me with hot tea and a nice warm shoulder wrap. Both girls made sure my experience was amazing . If anyone is looking to get their hair done the right way and in a peaceful environment then head on over to aroma spa. They do same day appointments!!
We had the unpleasant experience of staying in an Airbnb condo where either the owner of this establishment - or an employee who advertises for the business with large AromaSpa window decals - lives. We made a point of being quiet when entering because we got in quite late and the owner had cautioned us that voices would carry - we spoke in low tones and carried all of our rolling luggage. Despite this, an angry blond woman came charging out of her condo and began yelling that she had to work in the morning, we needed to have respect for the people that "serve" us while on vacation, and that "if there was one more sound" she would report us. We were stunned, as we had made every attempt to be quiet and, for all of her concern about being respectful to others, she likely woke her neighbors with her tirade. When we were leaving a few days later between 9 and 10am, she exited the building behind us and said "So many people making noise." I looked back to catch her glaring at us as she got into her vehicle with the large AromaSpa decals. Her behavior was completely out of line and out of keeping with everyone else I have ever met in Telluride - this is my third trip here. I would recommend going to ANY other business; don't patronize someone who treats people this way. By the look of some other reviews, her unpleasant disposition is evident to customers, as well.
This spa is spectacular. The owner is the nicest lady in this city!! We did the oxygen bar and were treated like a king and queen. I highly recommend AromaSpa as a Don't Miss This Experience!!!Everything is Perfect! Plus it smells great too!!!
The lady in charge that day was so rude. I've been to prison camps that had kinder service. We were on our first vacation to Colorado and wanted to experience an oxygen bar with our family. We left and came back in and she was talking rudely about us to other customers. She argued with me about where I was staying! Is it really that big of a deal that you need to argue with customers? RUDE! And did I forget to say RUDE.
