They listened to my needs, and made a couple of suggestions within the (relatively small) budget that I gave them. And the flowers were delivered within a couple of hours of my call to them, even the day before Valentine's Day.

I bought a rose on Valentine's day and it was dead by Tues. Brought it in Weds and the owner told me it was my fault and refused to give me my money back. Terrible business!! I would put no stars if I could.
