Great customer service, I was given a really nice car for the money I paid
The worst customer experience ever! The car is stuck in snow due to snowstorm. Their response - "not our problem, we'll bill you for every day you don't return it" Spent all day speaking to the rudest people on the phone. Once they even hung up on me. I will never rent with Hertz again!
